We conduct a continuous recruitment programme to ensure we only interview the highest calibre candidates. After a rigorous interviewing process our agents embark on a strict 6 month training plan.

Each team member will undergo at least 35 hours worth of training, role plays and tests before your support goes live. We’ll closely monitor staff performance and run frequent ‘refresher’ sessions if needed.

Stringent quality targets are put in place for all our agents and they are all monitored on a daily basis. This ensures we are consistently able to deliver a high level of support and can quickly resolve any issues that might arise.

At the beginning of our partnership you’ll be allocated a Dedicated Account Manager. This account manager will be responsible to you, and will work with you to make sure you get the results you need.

Ensuring that all your customers queries are always answered

We are based centrally in the UK and operate Monday to Friday from the hours of 8am – 2am. We believe that every customer should always have their query answered and will happily extend our opening hours to accommodate your needs.

These extended opening hours have allowed us to establish lasting relationships with customers in a wide range of countries including the USA, Canada and Australia.

As part of our packages we offer a strict Service Level Agreement. This gives you peace of mind that your customers are receiving exceptional service and their queries are being handled in an efficient and timely manner.

In addition, we’ll give you access to our internal technology. This will mean you’ll have access to extensive reporting options which include Sales, Service Levels and Quality results. Using this information you will be able to provide us with continuous feedback – so our support will just get better and better.
